Description
- cooling tables for salads are made from stainless material 1.4301
- standart height of cooling table - 850 mm, minimal length - 1300 mm
- unit in the stand should be on the left side - L, or on the right - P (picture show right position of unit, from personal sight)
- cooling with ventilator for forced circulation of cool air
- upper cover is movable by a wish of staff
- cabinet stand with wing door
- on the front and back sides are ventilation grids, which must be uncovered for good work of cooling system!
- temperature regulation + 2°C to 10°C (in outdoor temperature 25 °C)
